Creating Incredible Memories with Wine Magic!
I am excited to share this! It all starts with the right Great Fine Wines. As you watched the presentation above, you will see all Wines are not created Equal. And not all Wines are really Great Fine Wines. Ours are. This is where it all begins. This was an Impressive Event and one that was shared with a lot of people directly and in an online Zoom Room with several Hundred Others!
Here are the elements and True Fine Wines for our “Wine Magic Event”:
We will begin with the Wines for the Full Evening of this “Wine Magic Event”.
- More Than Muse Rose’
- Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio
- Nile Eddy Pinot Noir
- Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
- Adele Zinfandel
- Ricord Merlot
Please note that having several wines for the “EVENT” allows for more “Tastes and Taste Events in your Body” to happen. Your Guests will Really Enjoy it! We had separate Glasses for each wine, as you progress throughout the evening and allow the Tasting to Occur and be experienced in all sorts of combinations.
And now the Food!
Charcuterie Board. Prepared with Salty Meats like Salami, Pepperoni, and Ham. Along with Savory Meats. Turkey and Beef from plain to seasoned. Always we must have Olives and Capers. Some Jams or Preserves. Nuts; Pecans, Almonds, Cashews. Finally, add in a Melon Selection of Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Honeydew, and toss in Kiwi Slices or Apple Slices (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp are our Go-To’s).
Appetizers/Starters. This is usually a Salad as well as Appetizers that Accompany the Meal. Skewered BBQ’d Shrimp for example. The Salad will be light if following the Charcuterie Board. A Caeser or Garden Salad would be a light option. Be sure to have the dressings on the Side. The True Fine Wines themselves add to the enhancements of the flavors the dressing offers. Some of us enjoy the Salad and Prefer the Wine to the Dressing. A good Blue Cheese or Caesar Dressing makes the “Wine” flavors pop!
Mains. This is where we added in a Fish Dish. Salmon or Barramundi is our Go-To’s. And a Beef Dish. From a Roast to a Prime Rib, or Steaks that have been BBQ’d. Seasoning on the Steak Salt and Pepper allowing the Meat and Wine to blend with the “Tasting Event” well.
Dessert. Chocolate Cake. Rich and Deep in “Dark Chocolate”. Its a Merlot’s Best Pairing next to the Dark Chocolate Pieces themselves. And a Chocolate Plate is also a great idea.

How the Wine Magic Takes Place Now that we have our Wines and Foods Ready to Go:
- We Begin. Starting with the lights to heavies. The Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio and More Than Muse Rose’ to begin with the Charcuterie Board. This gets anyone new or experienced to open up their tasting pallets and to enjoy the flavor combinations.
- Moving into the Starters. Salads, Skewers of Shrimp and Charcuterie to Hearts Content. You will be able to move into the Nile Eddy Pinot Noir. Going into the reds (Finally for many. Reds are faves after all).
- Then into the Mains. This allows for the Adele Zin and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon to be brought out and added to the Tasting Fun. This is Wine Magic in “SPADES” at this point.
- Dessert Time! The Ricord Merlot and the Chocolate Cake and/or Chocolate Tasting Plate come out. This is well and full rounding of this Wine Magic Event!
- Continue as The Wine Magic Event Allows. And if there are wines left, the pairing and experimentation of taste combinations can continue. From the lighter wines to be paired with the heavier foods and desserts to having the Charcuterie tasting with the Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zin and Cab!
